We offer personal catering of a seasonal, rotating menu of organic vegan and vegetarian meals. Each week, for as little as $100 per person, you will receive 6 healthful and delicious dishes delivered to your door. On Tuesdays your culinary creations are prepared in our commercial kitchen by our awesome cooks and Registered Nutritionists. On Wednesday we will deliver your meals to your home or office. Delivery charges apply.

Keep in mind for dinner parties, holidays, skiing trips, cottage weekends and events, we are available to help relieve your stress by custom preparing 'by the batch' items for you and your guests. Baked goods, Lasagnas, Loaves, Cabbage Rolls, Soups and Stews are some of the delicious items we make for you - just let us know what you would like and we can whip it up!

VEGETARIAN menu for August 20th

garbanzo leek soup

benefits: chickpeas are a great source of plant protein. Leeks are an excellent source of folic acid and a good source of iron and potassium; they also contain vitamin C, B6, magnesium, calcium and copper. They are also known for their cleansing effect on the digestive system.
ingredients: vegetable stock, chickpeas, leek, potato, olive oil, garlic, sunflower oil, ground pepper, sea salt
enjoying: reheat dish gently on stove over medium heat

lentil ginger coconut soup

benefits: We have had some chilly nights this last week and as this soup is SUPER yummy, warming, and cleansing for our digestive systems, we have decided to feed our cravings for it and make up a batch! Lentils are thought to be one of the first foods grown by man, with seeds found dating back 8,000 years in archaeological digs in the Middle East. They are an excellent source of folic acid and potassium, and a good source of iron and phosphorus. They also contain magnesium, zinc, thiamine, copper, niacin, vitamin b6, and pantothenic acid. Coconut meat is compared to mother’s milk in its chemical balance and is a source of protein. It contains calcium, phosphorus, iron, and niacin.
ingredients: lentil, carrot, celery, onion, ginger, tomato, vegetable stock, coconut milk, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, chili peppers, coconut meat, olive oil, sea salt, fenugreek, cumin, black pepper, caraway, coriander, paprika, black mustard seeds, cloves
enjoying: reheat soup gently on stove over medium heat

green, lima & kidney bean salad

benefits: Green Beans are an excellent source of vitamin C, vitamin K and manganese. Plus green beans are very good source of vitamin A (notably through their concentration of carotenoids including beta-carotene), dietary fiber, potassium, folate, and iron. And, green beans are a good source of magnesium, thiamin, riboflavin, copper, calcium, phosphorus, protein, omega-3 fatty acids and niacin.
ingredients: green beans, lima beans, kidney beans, olive oil, onion, tomato, garlic, basil, oregano, parsley, lemon, sea salt.
enjoying: give the salad a good toss to coat everything with the dressing and enjoy!

almond chili sauce with julienne vegetables and tofu

benefits: Almonds are an excellent source of magnesium and potassium, and a good source of phosphorus, riboflavin, copper, niacin, and zinc; it also contains folic acid, iron, calcium and thiamine. Sweet almonds are said to be remineralizing and almond milk is reputed to alleviate inflammations of the intestines and stomach. The active ingredient in peppers is capsicum. Tofu, made from the soybean, is an excellent source of protein.

enjoying: This is a raw dish all but the tofu which we sauteed. Pour some of the jar of almond chili sauce over the raw vegetables and toss until they are evenly coated with it’s yumminess. Enjoy!

spanikopita pie

benefits: Spinach is an excellent source of vitamins C, E and A, and iron, magnesium, folic acid, several vital antioxidants, and contains about 40 percent potassium. It leaves an alkaline ash in the body and is good for the lymphatic, urinary and digestive systems. It has a laxative effect and is wonderful in reducing diets. It has high calcium content, but it also contains oxalic acid which hinders the calcium bio-availability.
ingredients: spinach, feta cheese, spelt phyllo pastry, brown rice, scallions, olive oil, dill, parsley, goat milk ghee
enjoying: reheat dish in oven at 350 degrees for 15-30 minutes until hot

caramelized onion, kale lasagna with tomato and béchamel sauce

benefits: Goat’s milk contains slightly less cholesterol then cow’s milk, but more or less the same proportions of fatty acids – although there is one major difference between goat’s and cow’s milk; goat’s milk is easier to digest because it contains more short-chain fatty acids. Goat’s milk is rich in potassium, calcium, and phosphorus; a good source of riboflavin, it also contains vitamin A, magnesium, niacin, pantonthenic acid, thiamin, zinc, vitamin B12, vitamin B6 and copper. Kale is great for building up the calcium content of the body and builds strong teeth, as well as being beneficial to the digestive and nervous systems. It is an excellent source of vitamins A and C and potassium; it is a good source of vitamin B6 and copper, and provides folic acid, calcium, iron, thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, and zinc..
ingredients: brown rice lasagna noodles, goat mozzarella, cheddar and soft cheeses, kale, basil, tomato sauce, onion, garlic, oregano, fennel seeds, port wine, red pepper flakes, goat milk, spelt flour, goat butter.
enjoying: reheat dish in oven at 350 degrees for 15-30 minutes until hot
