She is known by many as ‘the magical food fairy’. She loves food. Everything and anything to do with food; growing, cooking, learning, teaching, enjoying, eating, sharing, healing with it – She’s all over it.
She enjoys creating culinary experiences for people that leave them speechless due to the enjoyment of flavourful delights in their mouths. She takes pleasure in showing people that good healthy vegetarian food can, and does, taste amazing and is easy and important to integrate into their lives.
She enjoys creating that ‘ah ha’ with clients understanding the workings of themselves and the roles of food within the building of that framework – empowering them to understand themselves.
She believes it is important for people who desire better health to take greater responsibility for their own health, and that getting involved in their own healing process is essential. She is trained to assess individual nutritional imbalances and create custom lifestyle and meal plans. Her goal is to educate students about the benefits of sound nutrition, exercise programs, and living a healthy, natural and holistic lifestyle.
“Key factors in obtaining well-being and optimum health is the proper balance of whole, pure, and natural foods and Right Liiving. My intention is to empower people with the knowledge of how their bodies are made, how they run, what fuels they need, and how to efficiently ingest, digest, and assimilate those proper fuels, while integrating positive practices leading to the living of a balanced healthy and happy life.” -sandrayeaman c.n.p., r.n.c.p.
