We offer personalized nutritional consultations, research, assessments, protocols, meal plans, and recipes followed by weekly, bi-weekly or monthly customized consultations designed to help you achieve your health goals.

Our initial visit is complimentary. In this hour we will review the various services that we offer and discuss the client’s goals and concerns to determine what services will suit the client’s needs..

The program consists of a nutritional assessment, research of main concerns or ailments, a review of main goals and concerns, analysis of eating patterns, suggestions to achieve balanced eating, and the customizing of a personal lifestyle and meal plan. We help client’s figure out what they need to do from the moment they get up to when they go to sleep. We address exercise, nutrition, beverages, supplements, meal planning and preparation, natural body care, sleeping, and personal practices to obtain a balanced healthy life routine.

Our consultations are designed to simplify the complexities of your body and its nutritional needs. We will be teaching you the structures and functions, vitamins and minerals, and foods and herbs that are suitable for your various body systems.

We focus our research and feedback on helping clients obtain the needed nutrients from their food. We are not deficient in pills, we are deficient in eating the right foods to obtain our nutrient. Our goal is to help you understand the foods and herbs that you need to eat more and less of in order to achieve and maintain homeostasis, an optimal balance of mental and physical well being.

We base our research and recommendations on whole foods, raw foodism, vegetarian and veganism, herbal medicine, traditional medicine, ayurveda, macrobiotics and many other natural and holistic modalities.

consultation and cooking
To help clients integrate balanced eating practices, we offer two hour consultations and cooking class. You will learn how to cook simple, affordable, nutrient dense meals that relate to your specific nutritional and lifestyle requirements. As we share in this cooking experience, we will discuss the properties and actions of the specific foods being used, as well as various helpful nutritional and cooking practices.

the whole package
For those people who want to eat well and be healthy but are just too busy, we offer the whole package. We will arrive at your home once a week with a customized meal plan to put on your fridge, your groceries, supplements and one week of the personal catering meals. You will come home to find the ‘magical food fairy’ has left you all the food stuffs you need to have a healthy balanced week of eating.
